3. Account Terms

Third-Party Authentication (Google OAuth)
If you choose to authenticate via Google OAuth:
- You authorize us to access basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) from your Google account
- You remain responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
- We do not store your Google account credentials or password
- You can disconnect the Google OAuth connection at any time from your account settings
- Disconnecting Google OAuth will not delete your Detris account, but you will need to set a password for email/password authentication
- Your use of Google OAuth is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
4. Third-Party Integrations
Detris offers optional integrations with third-party services. By enabling an integration, you agree to the following:
Authorization
- You authorize Detris to access the third-party service on your behalf within the scope of permissions you grant
- You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and access to the third-party service
- Your use of third-party services through Detris remains subject to those services' terms and policies
AI-Assisted Communications (Gmail Integration)
When using the Gmail integration with our AI assistant:
- Our AI may draft email content based on your instructions
- You will have the opportunity to review and approve emails before they are sent
- You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through your connected account
- You agree not to use this feature for spam, harassment, phishing, or any unlawful purpose
- Detris is not liable for any consequences arising from emails you choose to send
Email Usage Limits
- Email sending is subject to daily limits based on your subscription plan
- These limits are in addition to any limits imposed by your email provider (e.g., Gmail's daily sending limits)
- We reserve the right to suspend email functionality if we detect abuse or violations of acceptable use
Disconnection and Revocation
- You may disconnect any integration at any time from your account settings
- Disconnection immediately revokes our access to the third-party service
- We may revoke or suspend an integration if we detect abuse or policy violations
5. Payment and Subscription
We use Stripe to process payments. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate billing information
- Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
- Keep your payment information current
Your payment information is processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By using our Service, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
6. AI Usage and Billing
Our Service includes AI-powered features that consume computational resources. Here's how AI usage is billed:
Free Plan
- Free plan includes AI credits to get started
- Credits reset monthly on the 1st of each calendar month
- Usage is tracked in real-time in your dashboard
- When credits are exhausted, upgrade to Plus for continued usage
Plus Plan ($20/month)
- Plus plan includes more AI credits per month
- Credits reset monthly with your billing cycle
- Usage beyond included credits is billed as pay-as-you-go
- Overage is charged at provider API rates (OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Overage charges are billed monthly via your Stripe subscription
AI Operations Covered
AI usage billing applies to:
- AI-powered data table generation and data analysis
- Chat interactions with our AI assistant
- Natural language formula processing
- Bulk data generation and automated content creation
Usage Monitoring and Notifications
- Real-time usage tracking is available in your account dashboard
- Free users see upgrade prompts when credits are exhausted
- Plus users receive notifications when approaching overage billing
- Detailed usage history and billing records are always accessible
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service for spam or unsolicited marketing
- Scrape or collect data in violation of any terms or policies
8. Data Usage and Privacy
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you agree to our data practices and acknowledge that:
- We use AI to process and analyze data for data table generation
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for any data you upload

9. Termination
